Sometimes a package is received by a third party in your absence (family, building manager, neighbour, etc.). It is then marked as delivered, even if you have not received it.
In this case, please follow these steps:
1. Check the parcel tracking link: this is displayed in your customer account and in the shipping email
2. Do the following checks:
- Verify whether delivery address and your contact details are correct
- Confirm with those around you (family, neighbours, building manager) that they have not received the order for you
3. If your search has been unsuccessful or you have already checked, please contact us to dispute the delivery.
We will also inform our carrier of this delivery service malfunction in order to improve the quality of our service.
