France:
Once the order has been shipped, you can change the delivery address via the tracking link sent you by email. It the delivery time slot does not suit you, you also have the option of selecting a new one.
It is not possible to change the address when the order is in processing or has not been shipped yet.
Belgium and The Netherlands:
Unfortunately it is not possible at PostNL to change your delivery address.
It is not possible to change the address while your order is being processed, nor when the order has already been dispatched.
You can track your parcel via the track & trace link that was sent to you by e-mail. If the delivery time slot is not suitable for you and the parcel is delivered when you are not at home, you have the possibility to select a different delivery day and time by using PostNL's "Change Delivery" option. This allows you to choose the 2nd delivery attempt until 22:00 in the evening. You do this with the "not home code."
This code, starting with KB, can be left on the paper that the courier has left in your mailbox after the first delivery attempt.
This service is completely free of charge. You can modify your delivery by completing steps:
1. If you are not at home at the first delivery attempt, our delivery man will leave a note in the letterbox with the not-home code on it.
2. Via the track & trace link, enter your not-home code and postal code.
3. Customise the delivery to the desired day
4. Confirm the modification with your email address
Austria, Germany, Luxembourg:
Address modifications are not possible for deliveries from DHL.
