Did you receive the shipping confirmation but not your order?
We do everything we can with our various carriers to deliver to you within the announced deadlines.
However, it can happen that at times we get a little overwhelmed, especially in times of increased demand (for example around Christmas). We apologise in advance if your order does not reach you within the stated time.
If your order is late, please proceed with the following steps:
1. Verify the delivery date: the estimated delivery date is indicated in your customer account
2. Consult the parcel tracking link: this is displayed in your customer account and in the shipping email.
3. Do the following checks:
- verify whether the delivery address and your contact details are correct
- confirm with your neighbours that they have not received the order for you
4. Contact us if you still have not received your order after following steps 1 to 3.
