If you find that the package is in poor condition or open upon delivery, we recommend that you refuse it and contact us immediately afterwards to schedule a new shipment.
If you need diapers immediately:
- if you feel that the diapers have not been compromised, you can accept the package. However, we invite you to let us know anyway by mentioning the poor condition of the package on the delivery slip, with as many details as possible. We will forward this information to our carrier partner to improve the quality of the delivery service.
- If you accept the package without any reservations (i.e. without any mention on the delivery slip), we will not be able to process a complaint afterwards.
During the delivery, if one or more products are missing, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible for a complaint.
