If you want to postpone a single order, just change the date of the next delivery. In the calendar, you can choose a date up to 8 weeks after today's date.
To disperse your deliveries, you can just play around with the delivery frequencies. The modifications will be applied after the next order.
In practice:
- Click on the green button to access the subscription page
- Review whether the size and delivery frequency still suit you
- Select the desired delivery date
- Save the changes
Super important: remember to select the correct date, otherwise the order will be invoiced on the date displayed in the calendar
Please note: it is not possible to change the delivery date when an order is in proces. The calendar will be locked up to 5 days after the last payment, while the order is being delivered. This avoids the placement of multiple orders by mistake.
