For any change to be taken into account, it must be made no later than the day before the debit date.
A few days before each debit we send you an email to remind you to make your changes before it's too late.
Once the order has been placed, it will go into processing which makes it no longer possible to modify it without delaying everyone's deliveries.
In addition, on the subscription modification page, the delivery date is locked while the order is in process. You can nevertheless make other changes (size, type of diapers, address, payment method), which will be applied from the next delivery.
