Your payment may have been declined for one of the following reasons:
- insufficient funds
- expired bank card
- rejection by your bank
In case of an unsuccessful payment, your subscription is temporarily suspended and an email is automatically sent to you.
Whatever the reason for the rejection may be, you are still the one in charge! 😎
We would advise you to contact your bank and then log into your customer account to modify your payment method if necessary. Don't forget to reactivate your subscription.
